本機型適合各種類型散纖維的染色，特別適合羊絨、羊毛、棉、毛、絲、腈綸等及其混紡產品。 It is suitable for dealing with coloration of loose stock, materials such as cotton, wool terylen and velour cashmere etc.
一次裝缸便可完成精練、漂白、染色及柔軟等多個染整工序。 Once be packed, it could finish several dye processes such as refining, bleaching, dyeing and pliability etc.
特殊設計的低能耗、高性能的臥式循環泵浦，特別設計的循環泵葉輪大大降低主機功率。 Circulating vane pump reuces main enginge power in a big size, which is specially designed as low consumption (of raw material)and high function vertical axial-flow pump.

YC噴射式染色機
產品特點（Product Characteristics）
本機適用于單股細紗、人造絲、絲光棉紗、絹絲、真絲、花式紗及羊絨等物的漂白、精練、染色、水洗及后處理。
It is suitable for later dealing single fine yarns, man-made silk, silky cotton silk, silk fabrics, pure silk flower yarn, and fine wool. It is also suitable for their being bleached, refined, dyed and washed in water.
本機采用了特殊設計的低能耗、大流量的專用泵浦，提高了泵的抗汽蝕能力，解決了傳統類型機在高溫時噴水量偏低影響染色質量的問題。

Y溢流式染色機
產品特點（Product Characteristics）
本機型適用于棉、羊毛、人造毛、腈綸及混紡絞紗的前后處理，一次裝紗便可完成膨化、精練、漂白、染色及柔軟等多個染整工序。
It is suitable for dealing with cotton flax, wool, man-made hairs, terylene and blending twisted yarn ahead and later. When model Y is packed with yarns, it cloud make several processes of dyeing finished, such as swelling, refining, bleaching, dyeing, and pliability etc.
掛紗桿之間間距可調，適應處染各種不同長度的絞紗。
The distance between one and another yarn bar is form 426 to 855 millimeters. So it is suitable for dyeing different hank yarns.
采用精確正反轉控制器，自動變換染液的循環方向，確保絞紗勻染。
It is equipped with precise and reversing controller to ensure that inside of hank yarn could be averagely dyed by changing automation circulation direction of dying.
