上海天佑紡織機械有限公司的前身是具有40余年悠久歷史的紡機卷繞型設備的專業制造廠上海第二絲綢機械廠(上海高新技術企業)。隨著公司的不斷發展壯大，2011年上海天佑紡機在浙江桐鄉市開設工廠，上海公司則主管研發和銷售。
多年來，公司堅持走“科技創新”的道路，不斷致力于研發新品、持續優化和提升產品線，努力打造中國精密絡筒機的名牌產品。目前，企業產品已形成精密高速絡筒機、精密絡筒機、絡絲機、搖絞機、捻絲機、撐絲機等數十個品種三大系列。公司開發的部分產品同時獲得國家級新產品稱號，多項產品被上海市高新技術成果中心認定為高新技術成果轉化項目。
