本設備可編織平紋，1×1，3×1固定網(wǎng)眼，T襠1×1中間加固等多種組織，，廣泛適用于尼龍絲、包芯絲、天鵝絨、錦綸、牛奶絲等原料的絲襪織品，織品主要有對對襪、中統(tǒng)襪、長統(tǒng)襪、連褲襪、九分褲、連身襪等。
Weave:
The computerized plain-weave plain weave Pantyhose knitting machine can weave plain, 1×1，3×1 fixed mesh and T crotch 1×1 where fixed texture is added in themiddle.The machine can widely usenylon yarn, coreyarn, velvet, and nylon, milksilkand other raw materials to producestockingfabrics, includingPairs of socks,longstockings, pantyhose, and nine point’s stockings products.
主要功能：
1.四路進紗，每組喂紗裝置配備5至6把梭子，可滿足各種襪品的生產(chǎn)需要；
2.主口梭子采用了分體式設計，大大降低客戶的使用成本且便于維修；
3.線圈組織的針弧大小、襪品的尺寸，均由高精度足功率的步進馬達控制針筒的上下來實現(xiàn)；
4.采用了高靈敏的裸氨輸送器，通過調節(jié)輸送器控制裸氨的松緊，便于編織各型美腿襪；
5.采用了環(huán)形紗架，配備了光電感應斷紗器，從而大大提高了報警及時性，減少了紗線浪費；
6.密度調節(jié)，通過針筒、密度三角、生克三角三個部分，對織物密度進行調節(jié)。
7.在編織一些暗花組織時，該機型比ZBSW-P10效率高，功能強；
8.采用全方位安全保護措施（氣源處理系統(tǒng)、油量報警、過載停車等），最大限度防止機器損壞、保障人員安全；
9.在軸承、電磁閥、同步帶、織針、花鍵類均選用了進口配件同時，采用了科學合理的裝配工藝，從而使得機器穩(wěn)定性好、噪音低。

標準配置：
1.第1路喂紗裝置配備6把梭子，2、3、4路喂紗裝置配備5把梭子；
2.配備線架的同時，配備了1個裸氨輸送器和12個光電感應斷紗器；
3.帶包邊的圓盤剪刀，圓盤剪刀在任意步段可停止轉動；
4.配備由一個步進馬達控制生克弧大小的生克罩；
5.配備了4個氣動控制的成圈三角，并配備了一套高精度量塊，便于調節(jié)成圈三角的高度，保障紋路的一致、平整；
6.配備了可升降的扎口盤，其中4把小剪刀中有2把小剪刀具有氣動控制上下的功能；
7.1、3路配備了16級氣動刀片式選針器，2、4路配備了8級氣動刀片式選針器。
