·特性：
1.采用特殊電鍍工藝，在鋼領表面鍍上一層均勻、密致的硬鉻層，造成與鋼絲圈表面的異相摩擦，減少粘連磨損所造成的早期衰退現象，從而大幅度提高鋼領使用壽命。
2.鋼領表面經過精密拋光，有較高的光潔度，上車走熟期較短。

錫鷗的牌鈦合金鋼領
采用高級鈦合金材料研制而成。內部晶粒結構緊密、細致。熱處理性能更穩定，變形量極小。
優良的使用性能：
·表面采用高科技復合鍍工藝，鍍上極薄一層具有自潤滑作用的耐磨物質，并滲入鋼領表面。上車走熟期極短。
·鋼領與鋼絲圈接觸面屬于異相摩擦，因此，不易發生粘連磨損，避免鋼領跑道發生早期衰退現象，壽命與傳統光面鋼領相比可延長至5--7倍。
·卓越的表面處理工藝，使鋼領表面幾乎永不生銹。
·錫鷗牌鈦合金鋼領材質極為耐磨，因此，磨損量極微。在翻改紡紗品種時（指中、細支紗）不需拆下，必要時可在車上用柔軟織物（或回絲）對跑道進行擦拭清理一次，并換上相應重量的（最好是同型號的）鋼絲圈即可進行試紡。
·本鋼領適合紡織任何纖維及各種支紗，對鋼絲圈的選配無特殊要求，能使紡紗斷頭降低，毛羽減少。質量長期穩定在較好的水平上。
