 WZL-3D Three doffers Mechanical Confuser Net Making Machine
Applications and characteristics: it is key equipment to produce thin nonwoven cloth (dipping, hot rolling, hot air and so on). It can also be used for production line of thick nonwoven cloth. The cotton discharge adapts mechanical confusing to form net. The ratio of confusing may be adjusted.
It adapts big cylinder, three doffers, three sets of confuser and seven working stations for carding. The formed net is uniform. The material and structure for each roller are special. It is stable in carding with high speed. Its output is high. Its cylinder and doffer adapt stepless speed change. Its roller for cotton feeding is equipped with a device to prevent from metals.
