我公司生產的預浸設備為二步法生產熱熔預浸復合材料設備，主要包括熱熔涂膠機和熱熔預浸機。生產時，首先在涂膠機上漿樹脂涂于離型紙生產出膠膜，然后把膠膜送到預浸機上，使膠膜與增強材料（碳纖維、玻璃纖維、芳綸纖維）復合，再經壓輥加熱熔化、整平，將膠均勻地浸漬到增強材料里而生產出熱熔預浸復合材料品質高，生產效率高，因此運用廣泛。
This kind of equipment is suitable for produce hot-melt prepreg composite materials by two-step. It includes hot-melt sizing machine and prepreg machine. During employ, first melt the epoxy resin and coat it on the special paper with sizing machine, then composite the paper with strengthen material（carbon fiber, glass fiber, aramid fiber）by prepreg machine, heat and smooth it through the contact roller, make the glue evenly penetrate into the strengthen material, it has high quality and production, with extensive use.
