E+L公司成立于1919年，總部設立在奧格斯堡，是世界上最領先的糾偏導正系統制造廠之一。
劉曉玲：觀眾朋友們大家好，我是TTMN記者劉曉玲，這里是2014中國國際紡織機械展覽會暨ITMA亞洲展覽會展會現場，現在我們走進的是萊默爾機電設備有限公司，非常榮幸有請到該公司的集團執行長默克先生接受我們的采訪。
Liu：Would you please tell us what machine you will bring for this exhibition?
劉曉玲：您能告訴我這次展會你們會展出什么設備么？
Mr. Merkel：Edge Cutting Device BTA 80、Stenter In feed System KRS 60、Web Tension Measurement + Control System ELTENS (PD)、Rope Opening device BTA 2535、Edge Spreading Devices LP/LA/LS/KF、Fabric Straightening Device ELSTRAIGHT、Pick- and Course detection + Control System ELCOUNT 、Humidity-, Moisture- and Temperature Control System ELMAT
Mr. Merkel：BTA 80切邊裝置、KRS 60 紅外線布邊追蹤系統、ELTENS (PD) 張力量測控制系統、BTA 2535 剖布裝置、LP/LA/LS/KF 展邊/吸邊裝置、ELSTRAIGHT 攝像整緯裝置、ELCOUNT織物密度量測控制裝置、ELMAT定型機和烘干機用工藝控制系統
Liu：It is known that E+L has been leading Chinese and world’s users into production automation by the design systems which is simple, ergonomic and easy to learn and operate .What is technology innovation of your exhibits you would bring this time?
劉曉玲：眾所周知，E+L公司帶領著全球使用者進入了自動化生產，且設計系統簡單，易操作。這次展會你們將會給我們帶來什么創新技術？
Mr. Merkel：Our core innovation is the KRS60 - a brushless stenter in feed device with integrated controller board. With this product we fulfill the market expectations on E+L as the worldwide market leader in this segment. Further our Edge Cutting device BT 80 offers innovative features like the blade guiding after the depinned web with an infrared sensor ect. On the fully automated solution, an infrared sensor scans the edge and guides the blade so it is always the required distance from the edge of the web. Besides the well-known Tension Control Systems ELTENS and Edge spreading devices LP, LA, LS and the E+L “classic-product” KF the product portfolio is rounded by innovative products from our subsidiary in Italy with the ELSTRAIGHT, ELCOUNT and ELMAT product lines, which will fit perfect and seamless with the components from the E+L headquarter.
Mr. Merkel：我們核心革新是KRS60紅外線布邊追蹤系統，這是一款無碳刷電機，且將原有控制部分整合在馬達內部的探邊系統。這項產品我們滿足了市場的期望。再來我們BT80推出的創新技術就像一個帶有導正功能的切刀，是利用我們紅外線電眼來追蹤落針材料。在全自動化的方式上，一個紅外線傳感器掃描布邊并導正刀片 使其與布邊保持所需距離。而我們熟知得產品張力控制系統ELTENS與布邊展邊裝置LP /LA/ LS與經典產品吸邊器KF 這些產品都是創新組合, 而意大利產品整緯器ELSTRAIGHT,織物密度量測裝置ELCOUNT與溫度感應控制ELMAT 這些產品也將最完美方式與總部接合
Liu：2014 is the 95th anniversary for your esteemed company and E+L has entered the Chinese market for more than 30 years .From your first setting foot in China to the present, what do you think is the biggest change in 30 years?
劉曉玲：2014為貴司95周年，而且E+L已經進入中國市場超過30年。從你們剛進入中國這個市場到現在，你覺得最大的變化是什么？
Mr. Merkel：There are many remarkable steps and changes for E+L in china since the last 30 years, like:
- Quality of the Chinese Industrialization，Qualification of People (education / technical / process oriented) i.e. import the german dual system of apprenticeship Customer Orientation and technical requests come close to European Standard
-highlight for our group: Own building on own property with assembly and production on site.Several service stations at all major industrial regions in China
-Bringing state of the art SAP into our Chinese organization to streamline the day-to-day-business
-Transfer technical knowhow from Germany to our Chinese organization by annual technical meetings on the spot
Mr. Merkel：這30年E+L在中國這個市場有卓越的改變。中國工業化的質量、客戶的定位和技術要求接近歐洲標準。在中國的主要的工業區域都設立了服務站點。把SAP系統帶入我們中國團體，使每天的作業流程更加的系統化，簡單化。通過每年的技術會議來傳遞德國的技術知識給我們中國團體。
Liu：Now ,E+L’s market has stabilized .Have you thought about entering other industries in the near future?
劉曉玲：如今，E+L市場已日趨穩定。有想過在不久的將來進入其他的產業嗎？
Mr. Merkel：Only some catchwords which can be explained later on.SD2 Label Market / Packaging / Winder Applicatio 、SD6 Nonwoven market / hygienics、SD4 Tire Market、SD5 Corrugating Market
Mr. Merkel：有些專業術語，我可以在稍后解釋。其他行業包括：商標市場/包裝/打卷機應用/、無紡布市場/一次性用品、輪胎行業、瓦楞紙行業。
Liu：E+L has formed a global production and sale network .So can you share your company business management with us?
劉曉玲：E+L已經形成了全球的生產和銷售網絡，你能夠跟我們分享一下您管理公司的經驗么？
Mr. Merkel：Our overall strategy is to be No.1 or at least No. 2 in our different industry segments. All our business is about guiding, cutting, tension control and inspection for automation, therefore we have developed a common product platform where we still can produce the core parts in Germany to a competitive price.
E+L is unique in the niche branch of supplying such components as nobody worldwide can deal with/sell to all these branches like we do !Competition is only located within specific branches! Especially in China, where we can recruit high qualified employees fresh from university and train them on the job, we have decided to start with local production and development for the requirements of the local markets, assuming everything can be done to the high E+L quality standard.
In the last years we have developed a lot of application specialists in our subsidiaries in various branches, like 25 tire specialists in our sales + service station in Qingdao-office and many more. Our worldwide subsidiaries have to sell + supply service to all of our branches locally but are free to focus to the local characteristics and therefore can tune their activities according to the potential market volume.
We have centralized and assigned our corporate core functions for Finance+HR, Sales+Service, Supply and R+D to a small Corporate Group to assure fast decisions and efficient implementations of new processes. This group, which is reporting directly to our owner, Mrs. Leimer and Dr. Proeller, is present in all boards of our subsidiaries and therefore can respect the local requirements as well as the overall roadmap of E+L.
Mr. Merkel：我們公司的整體戰略在不同的行業領域如果稱不上第一，至少也能排上第二。我們經營的自動化產品有：糾偏系統，切邊系統，張力控制，檢測系統。我們已經開發了一個共同的產品平臺，我們可以在德國以非常有競爭力的價格生產核心產品。
E+L唯一一家可以利用那么多分支機構去銷售產品，全球幾乎沒有一家可以做到像我們一樣。特別是在中國，我們能從大學招募優秀的畢業生來我們公司工作，并給予很好的培訓。為了滿足當地市場的需要，我們已經決定在當地設工廠生產，我相信一定可以達到E+L標準。
這些年，我們已經發展了一批應用程序專家在子公司的各個分部，如在中國的青島辦事處我們擁有25位輪胎行業專家。我們全球的分支機構均為當地客戶提供在地化的銷售與技術支持服務，并傳遞市場價值。
我們已經為財務部門，人事部門，銷售部門，售后服務部門，采購部門和研發部門集中分配了企業核心職責給一個公司小團體以保證快速做決策和有效的執行新的任務。這個團體直接向老板Ms.Leimer 和Dr.Proeller 報告。Dr.Proeller是所有子公司董事會代表，因此他會全面考慮問題結合當地的要求和整個E+L公司的路線圖。
