BS368型條并卷機是高效的精梳準備設備，操作簡單，自動化程度高，棉條合并數、牽伸倍數分配合理。采用兩區牽伸對預并后的棉條進一步并合牽伸，提高纖維的平行度及伸直度，經過排列為S形的四根壓輥軋光合可調的棉卷加壓裝置，保證了在兩個大成卷羅拉上形成的棉卷，具有的最佳的纖維分布和最優的均勻結構。
Model BS368 Lap Draw Frame is a high efficient preparation machine for Comber, easy operation, high automation and reasonable doubling of slivers and drafting ratio. The machine has two drafting zones to have the slivers to be further double and drawn to improve the fibers to be more straight and parallel. The 4 calendars make up a “S-type” mechanism, which can adjust the pressure to the lap, ensuring a perfect lap winding up on the two big calendars, having the best fiber arrangement and best fiber evenness.
結構特點：
通過操作面板可實現整機調試，參數設定和顯示，并提供故障信息。除了放空筒管，儲卷架滿及故障須人工處理外，其余過程均自動循環。
導條為被動形式，優質的導條元件避免了棉條的意外牽伸，保證了棉卷質量。
棉條傳感器對每一根棉條進行監控，快速準確地反映了故障。
主牽伸倍數可進行大范圍的精密調整。牽伸加壓采用氣加壓，結構簡單，穩定可靠。
主機采用變頻調速，可在整個成卷過程中連續地調整速度。在實現高效生產的同時，保證均勻的棉卷質量。
Features:
? It is easy to operate the machine via the Panel: displaying and setting the parameters, telling trouble information. The machine is automatic except placing the empty tubes, transporting the full bobbins and trouble shooting that shall be handled manually.
? The passive type excellent guiding elements ensure no un-expecting draft of slivers and produce quality laps.
? The sensors monitor every sliver to reflect any fault quickly if it happens.
? The main draft ratio can be adjusted accurately in a very large range. The drafting pressure is pneumatic powered, which is simple and reliable.
? The machine is controlled by the inverter, which can continue adjusting the speed during the whole course of lapping. The machine ensures high production and quality lap as well.
